The practice surgery of Dr. Sommer opens Montag, Dienstag und Donnerstag from 8 to 12 and from 15 to 18 Uhr, but Mittwoch und Freitag only in the morning, and is closed at the weekend. The question asks about one specific day, when is the practice open on Friday, and the correct answer, only in the morning, requires you to apply the exception rather than the general rule. Appointment notes drill the same date-and-time skill in letter form: the practice team cancels Frau Nowak's Monday appointment because the doctor is ill and offers a new one on Donnerstag um 9 Uhr, and the question asks for the new slot, with the old slot sitting among the distractors waiting for a careless reader. The dental reminder adds the standard German appointment etiquette the DTZ loves: come 10 minutes early, bring your Versichertenkarte, and cancel at the latest one day before if you cannot come. Across these texts, the tested facts are always concrete, a day, a time, a thing to bring, and the explanation shows you the exact sentence that settles it.

An Überweisung is a referral from your GP to a specialist. Questions ask which doctor he is sent to, what to bring, or how long the referral is valid.
The Überweisung sends you from one doctor to another (GP to dermatologist), while the Verordnung is the doctor's order that a treatment may start: in the practice text, children need a Verordnung vom Kinderarzt before beginning Ergotherapie. The tasks test the pairing: which paper unlocks which next step.
The pharmacy emergency-service notice tells readers to dial 112 in urgent cases, and the question asks for exactly that number. The distractors are 110, 116117 and a house number from the same text, so the task rewards reading the sentence rather than guessing from general knowledge.
The recurring answer is the Versichertenkarte, your health-insurance card: the opening-hours notice asks for it, the dental reminder asks for it alongside arriving 10 minutes early, and the referral task pairs it with the Überweisung. For the vaccination invitation the required item is the Impfpass instead.
