What the Cuerpos Generales de Justicia exams involve
The oposición for the Cuerpos de Gestión Procesal y Administrativa, Tramitación Procesal y Administrativa and Auxilio Judicial is convoked by the Ministerio de la Presidencia, Justicia y Relaciones con las Cortes. The current convocatoria is the Orden PJC/1549/2025, de 22 de diciembre (BOE-A-2025-27053), offering 725 plazas for Gestión, 1,155 for Tramitación and 425 for Auxilio Judicial.
Three genuinely different exams, one convocatoria
Unlike a single exam split into tracks, Gestión, Tramitación and Auxilio Judicial are three separate selection processes with their own turno-libre pool, their own exercises and their own pass marks. They share a Ministry, a convocatoria document and a substantial legal core — the same constitutional, judicial-organisation and civil-service temas appear, differently numbered, in all three programmes.
What does the Gestión exam involve?
A 100-question theory exercise on the full 68-tema programme (0–60 points, 30 to pass), a 10-question caso práctico (0–15 points, 7.5 to pass), and a written third exercise on procedural law (temas 17–39 and 43–67) that this app does not cover — no app can grade five free-text answers against a human rubric.
What does the Tramitación exam involve?
A 100-question theory exercise on temas 1–31 (0–60 points, 30 to pass), a 10-question caso práctico on the same range (0–20 points, 10 to pass), and a 20-question Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 exercise on temas 32–37 (0–20 points, 10 to pass) — all three exercises are fully covered by this app.
What does the Auxilio Judicial exam involve?
A 100-question theory exercise on the 26-tema programme (0–60 points, 30 to pass) and a 40-question exercise across two casos prácticos de diligencia judicial (0–40 points, 20 to pass) — both exercises are fully covered by this app.
How is the exam scored?
Every exercise in all three corps deducts a portion of a correct answer's value for a wrong one — a quarter in every exercise except Gestión's segundo ejercicio, which deducts a fifth — and blank answers carry no penalty (BOE-A-2025-27053, Anexos III–V). Each exercise is eliminatory: a strong first exercise does not make up for failing the second.
Does this app's mock reproduce the real case structure?
Partially, and we say so openly. Gestión's segundo ejercicio is one linked case of 10 questions and Auxilio Judicial's is two linked cases of 40; this app's mock draws that many questions from the case-question pool but does not guarantee they come from a single scenario, so a mock attempt may mix questions from more than one case. Studying one case at a time in Practice mode is faithful to the real format; only the mock's random draw loses that coherency. Tramitación's own segundo ejercicio is not affected, since it draws from the shared theory pool rather than a standalone case, matching how the convocatoria itself describes it.

Which exams does this app prepare for?
All three Cuerpos Generales de la Administración de Justicia under the same convocatoria (BOE-A-2025-27053): Gestión Procesal y Administrativa (725 plazas), Tramitación Procesal y Administrativa (1,155 plazas) and Auxilio Judicial (425 plazas). How is the real exam scored?
