Al identificar los valores superiores del ordenamiento jurídico español, ¿qué enumeración coincide con el artículo 1 de la Constitución?
Based on: Constitución Española, art. 1 (BOE-A-1978-31229)
An independent practice app for Spain's three Cuerpos Generales de la Administración de Justicia exams — Gestión Procesal y Administrativa, Tramitación Procesal y Administrativa and Auxilio Judicial. 916 original questions written from the current BOE legal texts, each explanation citing the exact article, plus a timed mock per corps that follows the convocatoria BOE-A-2025-27053.
The oposición for the Cuerpos de Gestión Procesal y Administrativa, Tramitación Procesal y Administrativa and Auxilio Judicial is convoked by the Ministerio de la Presidencia, Justicia y Relaciones con las Cortes. The current convocatoria is the Orden PJC/1549/2025, de 22 de diciembre (BOE-A-2025-27053), offering 725 plazas for Gestión, 1,155 for Tramitación and 425 for Auxilio Judicial.
Unlike a single exam split into tracks, Gestión, Tramitación and Auxilio Judicial are three separate selection processes with their own turno-libre pool, their own exercises and their own pass marks. They share a Ministry, a convocatoria document and a substantial legal core — the same constitutional, judicial-organisation and civil-service temas appear, differently numbered, in all three programmes.
A 100-question theory exercise on the full 68-tema programme (0–60 points, 30 to pass), a 10-question caso práctico (0–15 points, 7.5 to pass), and a written third exercise on procedural law (temas 17–39 and 43–67) that this app does not cover — no app can grade five free-text answers against a human rubric.
A 100-question theory exercise on temas 1–31 (0–60 points, 30 to pass), a 10-question caso práctico on the same range (0–20 points, 10 to pass), and a 20-question Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 exercise on temas 32–37 (0–20 points, 10 to pass) — all three exercises are fully covered by this app.
A 100-question theory exercise on the 26-tema programme (0–60 points, 30 to pass) and a 40-question exercise across two casos prácticos de diligencia judicial (0–40 points, 20 to pass) — both exercises are fully covered by this app.
Every exercise in all three corps deducts a portion of a correct answer's value for a wrong one — a quarter in every exercise except Gestión's segundo ejercicio, which deducts a fifth — and blank answers carry no penalty (BOE-A-2025-27053, Anexos III–V). Each exercise is eliminatory: a strong first exercise does not make up for failing the second.
Partially, and we say so openly. Gestión's segundo ejercicio is one linked case of 10 questions and Auxilio Judicial's is two linked cases of 40; this app's mock draws that many questions from the case-question pool but does not guarantee they come from a single scenario, so a mock attempt may mix questions from more than one case. Studying one case at a time in Practice mode is faithful to the real format; only the mock's random draw loses that coherency. Tramitación's own segundo ejercicio is not affected, since it draws from the shared theory pool rather than a standalone case, matching how the convocatoria itself describes it.
Original questions across a shared legal core (Constitución, Poder Judicial, personal de la Administración de Justicia) plus each corps' own procedural depth — Gestión's civil/penal/contencioso block, Tramitación's Windows and Microsoft 365 exercise, Auxilio Judicial's diligencia judicial casos. Every explanation names the exact article it rests on.
Six original case files for Gestión (60 linked questions) and six for Auxilio Judicial (120 linked questions), in each corps' own segundo-ejercicio format: a realistic scenario followed by questions testing how the LEC, LECrim, LJCA or LRJS apply to the facts.
Pick your corps and sit a mock with that corps' own official question count, time limit and part structure, scored with the real penalty rule and each part's own eliminatory pass mark.

All three Cuerpos Generales de la Administración de Justicia under the same convocatoria (BOE-A-2025-27053): Gestión Procesal y Administrativa (725 plazas), Tramitación Procesal y Administrativa (1,155 plazas) and Auxilio Judicial (425 plazas). Pick your corps in the app and sit that corps' own mock.
Every exercise in all three corps deducts a portion of a correct answer's value for a wrong one — a quarter, except Gestión's segundo ejercicio which deducts a fifth — and blank answers do not penalise (BOE-A-2025-27053, Anexos III–V). Every exercise is eliminatory, so passing one does not compensate failing another.
Yes. Six original case files for Gestión (60 linked questions) and six for Auxilio Judicial (120 linked questions), in each corps' own segundo-ejercicio format. Tramitación's own second exercise draws from the shared theory pool rather than standalone cases, matching how the convocatoria describes it.
Partially, and we say so openly. Gestión's real segundo ejercicio is one linked case of 10 questions and Auxilio Judicial's is two linked cases of 40; this app's mock draws that many questions from the case pool but may mix questions from more than one case rather than reproducing a single scenario. Practice mode studies one case at a time faithfully; only the mock's random draw loses that coherency.
Gestión's third exercise: five written-answer questions on procedural law (temas 17–39 and 43–67), graded by a human panel on analysis, structure and written expression. No app can grade free-text answers, so this exercise is not covered. The optional, non-eliminatory exercises on co-official regional languages and Basque civil law are not covered either, since they only break ties within one autonomous community and never count toward the main score.
Every question, case and explanation is original, written by RiverMap Learning from the current consolidated legal texts published in the BOE. Each explanation cites the specific article it rests on, a citation gate verifies that the cited article really exists and supports the answer, and a second, independent AI model confirms each answer against its source before it ships, with a human reviewing disagreements.
