How many questions are on the exam?

All three corps open with the same 100-question first exercise, four options per question with exactly one correct answer, covering their own full programme. From there the corps diverge.

What is the pass mark?

Every exercise in every corps is eliminatory: each one carries its own minimum score, and clearing one exercise never offsets falling short on another.

A candidate who clears the first exercise but misses the minimum on the second is eliminated from the process at that point, regardless of how far above the minimum the first-exercise score was.

Is there negative marking?

Yes, and it is uniform across all three corps. The convocatoria’s scoring rule is explicit: “las preguntas acertadas se valorarán con 0,60 puntos; las preguntas no acertadas y las que contengan respuestas múltiples descontarán 0,15 puntos; las preguntas no contestadas no serán puntuadas.” A correct answer is worth 0.60 points, a wrong or multi-marked answer costs 0.15 points, and a blank costs nothing.

That 0.15-to-0.60 ratio works out to a quarter of a correct answer’s value lost on every wrong guess. With four options per question, a blind guess breaks roughly even at best, so leaving a genuinely unknown question blank is never worse than guessing, and is safer once you cannot rule out any of the four choices.

Do the three corps take the same exam?

No, even though they share a convocatoria and a Ministry. Gestión Procesal requires a university degree and covers the largest programme, 68 temas. Tramitación Procesal requires a Bachillerato and covers 37 temas. Auxilio Judicial requires only ESO and covers 26 temas, the smallest of the three.
