01Agreement to these terms

By downloading or using a RiverMap Learning app, or by using rivermaplearning.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use them. RiverMap Learning apps are published by RiverMap AI Solutions Ltd (Company No. 16521303) ("we", "us", "our").

02What we provide

We publish one-time-purchase, offline exam-preparation practice apps for iPhone and Android (for example, Citizenship Test: Australia 2026), and we operate this website. Each app is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government body or examination authority, and it does not provide legal or immigration advice.

03Your licence to use the app

When you buy an app, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on your own devices, subject to the App Store or Google Play terms that apply to your download. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or extract the question content from the app. The apps have no sign-up and no user accounts, so you do not create any credentials with us.

04Purchases and payment

Apps are sold as one-time purchases through the Apple App Store and Google Play; there are no subscriptions. Prices are shown in your store's local currency and are set through the store. Apple or Google, not us, processes your payment, and their terms also apply to the transaction.

05Refunds

Because purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies, not by us directly. To request a refund, use Apple's process (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play's refund process for your order. If you ever buy directly from us through another channel, contact info@rivermapai.com.

06No guarantee of exam results

Our apps are practice tools. Passing the practice questions or mock exams in an app does not guarantee a pass in the real examination, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome. Always rely on the official study materials and the relevant authority for the test you are taking.

07Intellectual property

The software, design, and original question content of our apps are owned by RiverMap AI Solutions Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Where content is based on public study materials, those materials are used under their respective licences (for example, CC BY 4.0), and the underlying source remains the property of its owner.

08Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiverMap AI Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our apps or website.

09Changes to the apps and these terms

We may update, change, or discontinue an app or a feature, and we may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and significant changes will be reflected in the app's store listing or on this page.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
