Frequently asked questions

How do I restore my purchase?

Install the app on your device using the same Apple ID or Google account you originally bought it with, then open Settings inside the app and tap "Restore purchase". Apple and Google keep the purchase record, so it works on any of your devices, and after a reinstall.

Does the app work offline?

Yes, fully. All study content and your progress are stored on your device. Once the app is installed, no internet connection is needed for anything.

Is this the official government test?

No. RiverMap apps are independent study tools and are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government. Only the relevant government authority administers the real test, our apps help you prepare for it.

My progress disappeared after switching phones, can you recover it?

Progress is stored only on the device itself (that's what keeps the apps private). It transfers when you restore your new phone from a full device backup, but we cannot recover it for you, we never have a copy.

Will the questions stay up to date?

Yes. When the official study materials change, we update the question bank and ship it as a free app update, included in your original purchase.
