What Test Oposiciones España covers

Test Oposiciones España is one download that opens onto three independent Spanish oposiciones. Each exam is its own purchase, so you only pay for the one you are sitting; a single pass unlocks every exam in the app, including ones added later. Pago único, sin suscripción, sin conexión: you buy an exam once and keep it, there is no recurring charge, and everything works offline.

What is in the app?

Administración General del Estado (AGE) covers both the Cuerpo General Auxiliar (subgrupo C2) and Cuerpo General Administrativo (subgrupo C1) tracks of convocatoria BOE-A-2025-26262, with 835 original questions. Cuerpos Generales de Justicia covers all THREE corps of convocatoria BOE-A-2025-27053 — Gestión Procesal y Administrativa, Tramitación Procesal y Administrativa and Auxilio Judicial — with 916 original questions across a shared legal core plus each corps' own procedural and practical content. Instituciones Penitenciarias (IIPP) covers the Cuerpo de Ayudantes de Instituciones Penitenciarias under convocatoria BOE-A-2026-13226, with 540 original questions. Administración de la Seguridad Social covers BOTH its general corps — Cuerpo de Gestión (subgrupo A2, convocatoria BOE-A-2025-27067) and Cuerpo Administrativo (subgrupo C1, BOE-A-2025-27158 as corrected by BOE-A-2026-5351) — with 752 original questions and a separate mock for each corps' turno libre and promoción interna routes. Agentes de la Hacienda Pública covers the AEAT-recruited specialty of the Cuerpo General Administrativo (convocatoria BOE-A-2025-27056, 1,000 plazas de acceso libre) with 625 original questions, 490 of them on the tax and public-finance block. Policía Nacional covers the Escala Básica, categoría de Policía (convocatoria BOE-A-2026-15055, 2.163 plazas de oposición libre) with 720 original questions across the 45 temas of its anexo I, and is the one exam here whose primera prueba offers three options rather than four. Celador/a del Servicio Andaluz de Salud is the one Andalusian exam here, governed by the BOJA bases generales (Resolución de 22 de enero de 2025, BOJA 17) and the Anexo XVII temario (BOJA 151 de 2024) rather than by a BOE convocatoria, with 466 original questions across 17 of the 19 official temas; temas 12 and 15 are deliberately not covered, and the app says so. All seven have timed mocks that follow each exam's own official question count, time limit and part structure.

How does the Justicia exam work?

Justicia's three corps are genuinely different selection processes sharing one convocatoria: Gestión sits a 100-question theory exercise plus a 10-question caso práctico (its written third exercise, on procedural law, is not covered — no app can grade free-text answers); Tramitación sits 100 theory questions, a 10-question caso práctico and a 20-question Windows/Microsoft 365 exercise; Auxilio Judicial sits 100 theory questions plus 40 questions across two casos prácticos de diligencia judicial. Every exercise in all three corps penalises a wrong answer, and blank answers never penalise (BOE-A-2025-27053, Anexos III–V).

What does the Justicia pack not cover?

Gestión's third exercise (five written-answer questions on procedural law, graded by a human panel on análisis, sistemática and expresión escrita) has no multiple-choice questions and is not covered — the same kind of honest exclusion IIPP applies to its medical-fitness exercise. The optional, non-eliminatory exercises on co-official regional languages and on Basque civil law are not covered either: they only break ties within one autonomous community and never count toward the main 0–100 score.

What does the AGE pack not cover?

The syllabus tema on the organisation of the European Union (bloque I of both AGE programmes) is not included: the consolidated EU treaties are not among the sources this app can reproduce, and we prefer to say so rather than cover it with material we cannot back with a citation. Study that tema from the EU's own texts; mock exams draw no questions from it.

Content audit trail
  • 2026-08-09 Initial 835-question AGE pack for both corps (C2 and C1), written from the consolidated BOE texts with a per-question citation gate and cross-model QA.
  • 2026-08-11 Added the 540-question Instituciones Penitenciarias (IIPP) pack, convocatoria BOE-A-2026-13226.
  • 2026-08-12 Added the 916-question Cuerpos Generales de Justicia pack (Gestión, Tramitación, Auxilio Judicial), convocatoria BOE-A-2025-27053. All three exams are now ready in the app.
  • 2026-08-13 Added the 577-question Administración de la Seguridad Social pack covering both general corps, convocatorias BOE-A-2025-27067 (Gestión, A2) and BOE-A-2025-27158 (Administrativo, C1) as corrected by BOE-A-2026-5351. It is the first exam in the app whose two corps apply different penalty fractions — a third for Gestión, a quarter for Administrativo — and the app applies each corps' own rule rather than one shared value. Four exams are now ready in the app.
  • 2026-08-13 Added the 625-question Agentes de la Hacienda Pública pack (AEAT specialty of the Cuerpo General Administrativo), convocatoria BOE-A-2025-27056, with 212 flashcards across 18 categories. Single corps, no tracks. Tema E 20 (La Aduana) is a disclosed coverage gap: the Union Customs Code lives on EUR-Lex, which refuses the automated retrieval used to existence-check every citation. Six exams are now ready in the app.
  • 2026-08-20 Added the 466-question Celador/a del Servicio Andaluz de Salud pack, the hall's seventh subject and its first Andalusian exam: it is governed by BOJA texts (bases generales Resolución de 22 de enero de 2025, BOJA 17; temario Anexo XVII, BOJA 151 de 2024), not by a BOE convocatoria. It covers 17 of the 19 official temas; temas 12 and 15 are deliberately not produced because no free official source supports verifiable questions on them, and tema 15 would put clinical-safety claims in the app. This pass also corrects two figures that had drifted: Seguridad Social carries 752 questions, not 585, and the seven packs together carry 4,854.
What this app does not cover
  • The EU-institutions topic (bloque I, tema 10 of the Auxiliar programme and tema 11 of the Administrativo one) is not covered: the consolidated treaties are not among the sources this app can reproduce, and we would rather say so than fill the gap with material we cannot stand behind. The real exam does include it, so study it from the European Union's own texts. Mock exams draw no questions from that topic.
FAQ

Common questions

Which exams does Test Oposiciones España cover?

All seven are ready today. Administración General del Estado (AGE) covers the Cuerpo General Auxiliar (C2) and Cuerpo General Administrativo (C1) tracks of convocatoria BOE-A-2025-26262. Cuerpos Generales de Justicia covers all three corps of convocatoria BOE-A-2025-27053 — Gestión Procesal y Administrativa, Tramitación Procesal y Administrativa and Auxilio Judicial. Instituciones Penitenciarias (IIPP) covers the Cuerpo de Ayudantes under convocatoria BOE-A-2026-13226. Administración de la Seguridad Social covers the Cuerpo de Gestión (A2, BOE-A-2025-27067) and the Cuerpo Administrativo (C1, BOE-A-2025-27158 corrected by BOE-A-2026-5351), each with its own turno-libre and promoción-interna mock. Agentes de la Hacienda Pública covers the AEAT specialty of the Cuerpo General Administrativo under BOE-A-2025-27056. Policía Nacional covers the Escala Básica, categoría de Policía, under BOE-A-2026-15055 — its knowledge test only, not the physical or psychotechnical stages. Celador/a del Servicio Andaluz de Salud covers the Andalusian category under the SAS bases generales (Resolución de 22 de enero de 2025, BOJA 17) and the Anexo XVII temario (BOJA 151 de 2024), covering 17 of the 19 temas — it prepares the oposición questionnaire only, not the concurso de méritos, and does not cover the separate Celador/a-Conductor/a category.

Do I have to buy every exam?

No. Each exam in the app is its own purchase, so you only pay for the one you are sitting. A single hall pass unlocks every exam in the app, including any added later, if you would rather buy once.

How is the Justicia exam scored?

Every exercise in all three corps deducts a quarter of the value of a correct answer for a wrong one (Gestión's segundo ejercicio deducts a fifth), and blank answers never penalise. Each exercise has its own points scale and pass mark, and all are eliminatory — a strong first exercise does not make up for failing the second.

Does the mock reproduce the real Justicia exam's case structure?

Partially, and we say so openly. Gestión's second exercise is one linked case of 10 questions and Auxilio Judicial's is two linked cases of 40; this app's mock draws that many questions from the case-question pool but does not guarantee they come from a single case, so it may mix questions from more than one scenario. Studying one case at a time in Practice mode is faithful; only the mock's random draw loses that case-coherency. Tramitación's own second exercise is not affected — it draws from the shared theory pool, matching how the convocatoria itself describes it.

What does the Justicia pack not cover?

Gestión's third exercise: five written-answer questions on procedural law, graded by a human panel on analysis, structure and written expression. No app can grade free-text answers against a rubric, so this exercise is not covered, the same honest exclusion IIPP applies to its own medical-fitness exercise. The optional co-official-language and Basque-civil-law exercises are not covered either, since they only break ties within one autonomous community.

What does the AGE pack not cover?

The syllabus tema on the organisation of the European Union (bloque I of both AGE programmes). The consolidated EU treaties are not among the sources this app can reproduce, so rather than write questions we cannot back with a citation, we leave that tema out and tell you. Study it from the EU's own texts.

Who writes these questions, and how do you check the answers are right?

Every question, case and explanation is original, written by RiverMap Learning from the current consolidated legal texts published in the BOE. Each explanation cites the specific article it rests on, a citation gate verifies that the cited article really exists and supports the answer, and a second, independent AI model confirms each answer against its source before it ships, with a human reviewing disagreements. You can read the full process at rivermaplearning.com/how-we-build-questions.

Is this an official app?
