Cuerpo de Gestión and Cuerpo Administrativo are two separate Seguridad Social convocatorias with two different exam structures, and preparing for the wrong one wastes study time. Here is exactly what each turno looks like under the current call.

It depends on which corps and turno you are sitting. Cuerpo de Gestión de la Administración de la Seguridad Social (subgrupo A2), turno libre, has a first exercise of 90 questions in 90 minutes (BOE-A-2025-27067, §6.3.1). Its promoción interna turno is shorter: 60 questions, also in 90 minutes, drawn only from Bloque VIII of the syllabus (§6.4.1).

Cuerpo Administrativo de la Administración de la Seguridad Social (subgrupo C1), turno libre, has a single exercise split into two parts within 120 minutes total: a primera parte of 70 questions and a segunda parte, the supuesto práctico, of 15 questions, for 85 questions overall (BOE-A-2025-27158, §6.2.2). Its promoción interna turno is 50 questions in the primera parte plus a 12-question supuesto práctico, 62 questions in total, in 90 minutes, restricted to Anexo I.B of the syllabus.

Gestión’s second exercise, an oral reading of up to four written answers chosen from five offered plus an eight-question supuesto práctico, has no multiple-choice questions at all; it accounts for 50 of the corps’s 100 total points. Administrativo’s supuesto práctico, by contrast, is answered with ordinary multiple-choice questions in the real exam, so this app’s segunda parte draws real syllabus questions for it. Both corps also run a later curso selectivo or probationary period after the written exams, which by its nature carries no test questions either.
