The Celador/a SAS temario runs to 19 temas across two blocks. Knowing which block a topic sits in, and which two temas this app does not cover, matters more than memorising the list, so here is the full breakdown.
How is the temario structured?
Anexo XVII of the Resolución de 30 de julio de 2024 (BOJA núm. 151, de 5 de agosto de 2024) splits the syllabus into a bloque común of ten temas and a bloque específico of nine. The bloque común is general public-sector and health-system knowledge shared with other SAS categories. The bloque específico is what a Celador/a actually does day to day: hospital duties, prevention, and emergency response particular to the role.
What is covered in the bloque común?
Ten temas of shared background knowledge, all covered in this app:
- Tema 1, the Spanish Constitution of 1978: fundamental rights and duties, the Jefatura del Estado, and the right to health protection.
- Tema 2, the Estatuto de Autonomía para Andalucía (LO 2/2007): its preliminary and core titles.
- Temas 3 and 4, health-system organisation: Ley 14/1986 General de Sanidad, Ley 2/1998 de Salud de Andalucía, and the structure of the Consejería de Salud and the SAS.
- Tema 5, data protection and transparency (LO 3/2018, Ley 1/2014).
- Tema 6, workplace risk prevention (Ley 31/1995) and how prevention is organised in the SAS.
- Tema 7, equality and gender violence law (Ley 12/2007, Ley 13/2007).
- Tema 8, the Estatuto Marco of statutory personnel (Ley 55/2003): staff classes, rights, duties, and discipline.
- Tema 9, patient autonomy (Ley 41/2002): informed consent and clinical history.
- Tema 10, TIC in the SAS: corporate information systems, the digital workplace, and cybersecurity.
What is covered in the bloque específico?
Seven of the nine specific temas are covered:
- Tema 11, the Celador/a’s place in the public health system, and the article 14.2 duties from the 1971 Estatuto.
- Tema 13, day-to-day duties (I): hospitalisation units, surgical block and emergencies, moving patients within those areas, and mortuary work.
- Tema 14, day-to-day duties (II): supplies, transport of documents and equipment, lifts, and access control.
- Tema 16, the SAS Manual de Estilo: values, principles, and how the SAS organises patient care.
- Tema 17, occupational risk prevention specific to celadores, including how the SAS handles aggression against staff.
- Tema 18, self-protection and emergency response in healthcare centres.
- Tema 19, healthcare waste management and the SAS’s environmental policy.
Which two temas are not covered, and why?
Temas 12 and 15 are left out on purpose. Tema 12 covers communication skills and user care; tema 15 covers patient movement and transfer, anatomical positions, and mortuary and autopsy procedures. Neither has an official, freely reusable source detailed enough to support verifiable, original questions, and for tema 15 in particular, a wrong answer written with confidence about how to move a patient would be a safety claim, not a harmless trivia slip. Rather than invent content on those two temas, the app leaves them out and says so plainly, both in-app and here: study them from other material.
Does every tema carry the same weight in the exam?
No, and the bases publish no official per-tema breakdown either. The real Celador/a paper draws 50 questions across the whole temario without a stated proportion per tema, so this app’s mock weights each of the 17 covered temas roughly in line with how many questions its own bank supports, which is the closest approximation available without an official distribution to follow. Because temas 12 and 15 are not produced, the specific block is somewhat under-represented in the mock relative to the real paper, a gap the app discloses rather than papers over.
